Section 70 (1) of the Municipal Government Act states if municipality proposed to transfer or grant an estate or interest in land for less than its market value, the proposal must be advertised.
The County of Stettler No. 6 has received and accepts an offer for the purchase of the above parcels to be sold in the Hamlet of Erskine for $20,000 plus G.S.T. for each lot. Purchaser is responsible for the cost of transferring the title at Land Titles.

The County of Stettler No. 6 makes no representation and gives no warranty whatsoever as to the adequacy of service, soil conditions, land use districting, building and development conditions, absence or presence of environmental contamination, or the development ability of the subject lands for any intended use by the Purchaser;.
