The County of Stettler is served by the Stettler Regional Fire Department, an initiative that all of the Towns, Villages, Summer Villages, and County contribute to. The department is managed jointly by the Town and County.

The Fire Chief and Deputy Fire Chief work out of Station 1 in Stettler, though Fire and Rescue services are manned by volunteers through stations in Stettler, Big Valley, Donalda, and Byemoor.
